This multiple award-winning Iris has it all. Iris germanica ‘Millennium Falcon’ (Bearded Iris) is simply breathtaking with streaked early summer flowers that will steal the show and harmonize with other early bloomers. Lavender and light-blue standards top smooth falls, which feature a sharp contrast of royal violet and crisp white. Lightly fragrant, it is stunning in waterwise gardens, is low-maintenance, deer resistant, and beautiful in cut flower arrangements too.
 
Here is a tall, meter-long iris Millenium Falcon, which has a wonderful and very unusual color. An admixture of white gives the standards a light purple hue, while the spreading fouls separate the dark purple and white colors - they spread out in chaotic stripes across the petals. The excellent effect makes the petals uniquely beautiful, giving them a unique twist. The core of the buds is complemented by lush yellow beards. The iris has a mild, slightly sweet aroma throughout its bloom. An unpretentious and hardy variety with good immunity.
